Please note that we are only allowed to host guests according to 3G rules (current antigen test with written confirmation – max. 24h).

Our hygiene concept

We adhere to etiquette. Our staff will greet you with a smile as usual, but will refrain from the customary handshake.

We ask guests and staff to be considerate and adhere to careful hand hygiene and cough and sneeze etiquette with charts, displays and clearance stickers.

Numerous disinfectant dispensers are placed throughout the facility. Please use them on a regular basis. We also invite you to use our public restrooms to wash your hands regularly.

Distance control

We would like to ask you to keep a reasonable distance from other people except your companions throughout the hotel and also from our staff.

We also make sure, for example, that distances can be maintained in our breakfast and bar areas.

Your journey comfortable and safe!

Arrival and stay is only possible with a negative antigen rapid test as a digital or written certificate. The respective test must not be older than 24 hours and is only valid for 72 hours, after which a new test must be presented.

If you are unable to present a negative test upon arrival or during your stay, we will not be allowed to accommodate you and will have to terminate your stay.

Wait or wander - elevator use

Please use our elevators only with mouth and nose protection and observe the distance rules. We will inform you about the current regulations directly at the elevators.

Feasting with distance - at breakfast

The tables and seats are also adapted to the current minimum distance requirements.

Before entering the breakfast room, disinfect your hands at the appropriate disinfection dispensers.

Until you reach your table and the buffet, wear your mouth-nose protection mask. As soon as you have taken your seat at the table, you can put it aside.

Face mask

We wear mask, including a smile.

In all public areas, our guests must wear mouth-nose protection in the form of a medical mask. Wearing a mask is also mandatory for vaccinated, recovered and tested.

Safe is safe

Our reception and bar areas are equipped with a partition to protect you and our employees. In addition, all public areas and frequently used surfaces are cleaned and disinfected even more intensively.

Guests with complete vaccination protection or proof of convalescent proof.

Full vaccination protection is valid from 14 days after the last required individual vaccination.

A recognized digital proof of vaccination must be provided.

As a convalescent, you are an asymptomatic person who is in possession of a convalescent certificate issued to you. The underlying test must have taken place at least 28 days ago at the time of arrival and a maximum of 6 months ago.

Simply sleep peacefully - your room

We clean your rooms every day. If you wish to have the room cleaned only every 2 days and thus minimize contacts, feel free to inform us through the reception.

Feel free to let us know if you miss anything. To ensure that you feel at home and safe in your room, it is cleaned, aired and, of course, disinfected intensively before and after each stay.

Frequently used objects as well as surfaces receive special treatment during each room cleaning and are disinfected separately.

Departure as comfortable as arrival

It is also important to keep contacts to a minimum when checking out. Pay attention to the minimum distance here as well.

As a support, the markings on the floor will help you. We strive to keep waiting times as short as possible. Our recommendation: Pay your bill the night before.

Many things are already included in your booked stay. Our colleagues will be happy to write down any other services you have used in your room first.

You can then easily pay the total amount on departure, preferably without cash, using your giro or credit card. We will be happy to send you your invoice by e-mail afterwards.
