Belvista Hotelbetriebs GmbH, as ARCUS HOTEL, is conducting a competition during the promotional period from 24.08.2023 to 06.09.2023 under the title “GEWINNSPIEL- GIVEWAY – Oktoberfest Pauschale”.
Participation is exclusively via the dispatch of our newsletter of 24.08.2023 by completing and submitting the entry form. In order to participate in the competition, it is also necessary to give consent for brand communication to Belvista Hotelbetriebs GmbH.
Persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of Belvista Hotelbetriebs GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. One participation per person is possible.
After the end of the promotion, the following prizes will be drawn at random from all participants:

The pictures and descriptions of the prizes are not binding. Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner cannot be contacted using the details provided or if acceptance is refused, entitlement to the prize will lapse 72 hours and a replacement winner will be drawn once.
A cash payment of the prize, an exchange or a refund are not possible. The prize can only be redeemed via a booking in the period from 15.09.2023 to 03.10.2023. Only one prize is possible per household.
Participation via lottery clubs and automated services is excluded. Belvista Hotelbetriebs GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion due to false information, manipulation or the use of unauthorised aids. The legal process is excluded.
a) The liability of Belvista Hotelbetriebs GmbH for damages due to slight negligence, on whatever legal grounds, shall be limited as follows:

The company VERTRIEBSWERK GmbH has been commissioned by Belvista Hotelbetriebs GmbH to handle the promotion accordingly. Participation data will be treated confidentially by VERTRIEBSWERK GmbH and in accordance with the applicable data protection guidelines. VERTRIEBSWERK GmbH will only use the data for the purpose of processing the promotion, sending the prize and in the event of any necessary queries. Participants have the right to cancel their participation in the competition within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of participation in this competition.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the participant must inform the organiser of the competition of the decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the participant to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If a participant revokes his/her participation in the competition, the consent to brand communication will cease to apply and the organiser will delete the e-mail address immediately, at the latest within 14 days of the day on which the organiser receives notification of the revocation of this contract. Participation in this competition and therefore the chance to win a prize will cease with the revocation.
If the competition has already ended at the time of the revocation or within 14 days of the revocation and if the participant is one of the winners, the claim to the prize shall lapse. If the participant has already received the prize, the organiser may refuse to delete the data until the organiser has received the prize back or the winner has provided unambiguous proof that he or she has returned the prize, whichever is the earlier.
The winner must return the prize to the sender named in the prize notification without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which the winner informed the organiser of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if the winner sends the prize before the end of the fourteen-day period. The winner shall bear the direct costs of returning the prize.
The winner shall only be liable for any loss in value of the prize if this loss in value is due to handling of the prize that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the prize.
